An option for athletes who participate in sports falling into both the Combat and Flex categories.  

1. Price is based on $50 off the second mouthguard when using the same impression to make both mouthguards.   

2. Each mouthguard has one colour panel. Colour selections to be indicated on the order form you will receive in your kit.

3. To add a logo, enter one of the following in the text box provided:  

• Image URL

• Text, text colour and font

• Or, email your choice, in JPEG format, to info@maxxgard.com (PDF's and hand drawings will not work)

Note:  Extra logos for each mouthguard can be ordered separately from our Shop/Accessories page

3.  Purchase quantity refers to number of self-impression kits ordered. This purchase of  two mouthguards requires only 1 kit.
