1. Available in combinations of 2 or 3 colours of your choice. Colour selection to be indicated on the order form you will receive in your kit.

2. To add a logo,enter one of the following in the text box provided:  

• Image URL

• Text, text colour and font

• Or, email your choice, in JPEG format, to info@maxxgard.com (PDF's and hand drawings will not work)

Note:  Extra logos for your mouthguard(s) can be ordered separately from our Shop/Accessories page

3.  Purchase quantity refers to number of self-impression kits ordered. The purchase of a second mouthguard requires only 1 kit.
